Salon Policies

Please don't be late! We understand things happen and will do our best to accommodate late arriving guests.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and/or may need to forfeit certain aspects of the appointment scheduled.

No discounts will be offered for shortened services due to late arrival.

A $15 late fee may be applied at stylist's discretion for repeat late arrivals — we appreciate your understanding in respecting everyone's time.

Please allow 48+ hour notice for schedule changes or cancellations so we are able to accommodate our waiting list guests.

First occurrence within 48 hours: 50% charge of the service missed.

Repeat occurrences: 100% charge of the missed service.

All no call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the missed service.

Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other clients!

Our goal is to have you leave feeling happy & confident. If something isn't working, we kindly ask that you return within 1 week of your service to allow us to adjust it.

We are not able to provide refunds for services rendered.

Hair must not be tampered with or processed between services in order to accommodate a re-do.

A consultation is recommended prior to any major color transformation or correction service.

Color corrections are priced by the hour and quoted at the time of consultation.

We want you to be completely satisfied with any products purchased at our salon.

If there's something you're not liking after getting home, you have up to two weeks to return it for salon credit towards another product or service.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer credit or cash back refunds.

If a product causes irritation, please contact us immediately — we are committed to finding you the right solution.

Rooted Organic Beauty is happy to offer free parking within walking distance to many great restaurants in the Donelson area.

Our salon is located in a converted house and offers an intimate setting.

We kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests to your appointment other than those who are receiving a service.

You are always welcome to text us when you arrive and wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

Kiddos are always welcome at Rooted for their appointment.

Due to safety concerns, we ask that you not bring any unattended children to the salon with you.

All appointments are by appointment only — we are not a walk-in salon.

New clients are welcome to book online through Vagaro or contact us directly.

A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
